So we can custom and supply you various LCD display depand on your need.

We conduct QC inspections in-house and at independent laboratories as per customer requests. And all in-house checks are conducted by highly skilled inspectors who are trained extensively for one year by QC veterans.
All materials receive clearance before production begins. In the process of production, we carry out strict checks at each manufacturing stage and also random checks before a comprehensive inspection is conducted during final packaging. After packaging, products are again randomly selected for additional quality assurance. Visual QC inspections are conducted to check for product, printing and packaging.
And we always take one by one after production. After that, we will make the items work continuously 48 hours for aging.
Quality inspection process
1.Raw material testing
a. Outlook checking: scratching or not ⇒ b. Circuit testing: well connected or not ⇒ c. Color testing: RGB color displaying ⇒ d. Lcd leakage testing ⇒ e. Led backlight testing ⇒ f. Flash testing ⇒ g. Shaking testing
2. Assemble:
a. Clear all the material and move to dust-free workshop ⇒ b. Assemble with gloves and antistatic tool ⇒ c. Move to aging room,more than 24 hours testing.
3. Last step quality checking:
a. First,the same as raw material testing ⇒ b. Test the playing effect. ⇒ c. Testing the software compatible or not ⇒ d. Checking all the accessories ⇒ e. Clear and Package
7-15 Working Days Quick Delivery:
For most products, our delivery time is 7-10 working days as we usually prepare metal shell in stock and waiting for orders. For customized project, need 10-15 workings.
